I’m such a huge Chicken-nugget Taco Fan – and its my go-to when I want an easy weeknight dinner. Although granted, I rely on Chicken nuggets or fish sticks in the freezer when I don’t have the time to cook shrimp or freshly grilled chicken 🙂 BUT, the sauce is the main part that ties this together, and I have the BEST recipe for you!

INGREDIENTS
1 Avocado
1/2 cup non-fat Greek Yogurt
1 Jalapeno (remove seeds)
1/2 cup fresh Cilantro
2 tbsp garlic or 6 cloves of garlic
2 limes, juiced (3 tbsp)
3 tbsp Olive oil
3 tbsp Water
1/2 tsp Salt
DIRECTIONS
Add everything in the blender and mix on medium for 45 secs
and SERVE! 🙂
